Before founding CSO, Sanjay has served IT Industry for more than 20 years and worked with multiple US based Software Product companies in India, he helped companies like Cash Edge (now Fiserv), iotas (now Cognizant) and SCA Technologies where he was instrumental in scaling the headcount and implementing HR process and policies. Sanjay is known for solving hiring challenges, leadership hiring, training and implementing HR policies. Sanjay has done his MBA in HR from National Institute of Management.
